Jenny Zheng is 15 years old.
She began her piano lessons with
Dr. Victor Shevtsov from 2007.
Jenny participated in many Music Festivals and received numerous awards. During the year 2008 she won twice the First Prizes, a scholarship and a memorable medallion in the Kiwanis Music Festival. She has also won the First Prize in Kiwanis 2009.
Jenny received the highest mark for her
Grade 10 RCM examination (January 2009)
and was awarded the BCRMTA Trophy.
In June 2008 Jenny made her debut in the Young Stars Series in Vancouver Playhouse. She performed Sonata in e minor by Grieg
and Concertino by Shostakovich for two pianos together with Clarabel Luk.
Jenny is preparing now for her ARCT exam and various Music Competitions.
